Totem signs are a great feature of towns and villages in certain parts of the country - the signs can reveal a lot about the places they represent, and provide a nice welcoming touch for visitors to the area. This photo shows the totem at Frinton-on-Sea as photographed in July 2008 - the sign is situated near the level crossing overlooking the junction of Frinton Road, Walton Road and Elm Tree Avenue.
